Party constitution
The constitution of the Democratic Party defines the party's goals, principles, membership, structure, the powers of its governing bodies and its code of ethics.
Chapter 1. General provisions
The party operates within the Constitution of Mongolia, the Law on Political Parties and this charter.
Chapter 2. Membership
Any citizen of Mongolia aged 18 or over who accepts the party charter and platform may become a member.
Chapter 3. Structure
Primary organisations, provincial, capital and district committees, the National Council and the Congress.
